For 32 years, the Red Deer Regional Health Foundation’s Festival of Trees has been a cherished holiday tradition, bringing families together, creating joy, and celebrating the spirit of giving in our community. What began as a small fundraiser has grown into one of Central Alberta’s most beloved seasonal events, raising millions to support world-class health care close to home.
